Michael Wildon

Chairman & CEO   Co-Founder

Michael successfully developed three start-up companies in the field of medical technology. Each one was sold on to other entities: two to larger international organisations and one to a local growth company.  Michael’s strengths lie in product ideas, creating new products then driving them to market.  Michael holds several technology patents.


Myriam Martin Kail

Chief Operating Officer

Myriam has held senior management positions in major computer companies (HP,DEC) and in MBO, the software localization division of Donnelley Language solutions, eventually creating Lionbridge technologies. Myriam held the senior executive position of COO of Lionbridge for 10 years and her accomplishments included the successful IPO of Lionbridge (NASDAQ: LIOX) in 2000, and helped grow the company from 25M$ revenue to 250M$ revenue during her tenure.

Alex Paterson

CTO   Co-Founder

Alex has over 15 years engineering management experience in network & telecom systems and electronic design and implementation. Alex has extensive experience in wireless communications including GSM and next generation mobile technologies.  Alex co-founded a successful French systems integration company, Riviera Networks and has considerable experience in the Middle East & Asia region. Alex holds a B.Sc M.Eng (hons) Engineering degree from the University of Manchester

Janet Gledhill

Company Secretary  Co-Founder

Janet has postgraduate studies in management (finance, human resources, recruitment and marketing) which led to setting up successful companies in France working with CEO’s, senior managers and other professionals to prepare meetings, presentations and interviews. Contracts with multinational companies included Allergan, DHL, IBM, Lionbridge, PwC and Vivendi. Janet holds a B.Ed hons (1st) Post Graduate Dip. Mgt (hons) from the University of Manchester

Michael Carberry

Chief Financial Officer

Michael was recruited to help BT develop their business overseas through customer financing. Responsible for relations with international financial institutions including the World Bank Group and the European Commission.
Director Financial Engineering of Alcatel (Paris) where Michael undertook corporate finance and financial control functions. Michael was later seconded to GEC Alsthom as Vice-President Private Projects Development Division.
Michael has a BA Hons from Sheffield University & INSEAD Fontainebleau.
